The Project Director Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairdin Drainage System Naseerabad invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of following works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates
1 REHABILITATION OF CANALS, i.e UCH & MANJHOTI CANALS OF DISTRICT SOHBATPUR (Package-1)
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 7 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 600,000,000 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm In case of JV, agreement required. Bidder must have completed at least 1 Head Regulator project in the last 10 years. The project must have at least 80% similar work and cost of at least 10 Million. Bidder must have completed at least 7 similar projects in the last 10 years. Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee, Deposit at Call of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 13 October, 2026till 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard.
