The Assistant Director Local Govt & Rural Dev Dept Pishin is pleased to invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per the prevailing rates by B-CSR 2026 (amended up-to-date) from interested firms/suppliers/contractors having valid registration with PEC, Income Tax and BRA for the following PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Note: In all procurements of GOB whether through Electronic or Manual Bid submission, it is mandatory for all bidders to get registered at Electronic Public Procurement System of B-PPRA GOB. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 2 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 27,720,000 PKR Amount in1 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works) Affidavit confirming no conflict, no current blacklisting/debarment, major litigation, non-performance in last 5 years, or failure to sign contract. Any prior blacklisting/debarment and restoration must be disclosed with details and proof Bidder must have completed at least 2 similar projects in the last 5 years. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted.
